Hare

Description-

This picture depicts the head and shoulders of a Hare using the needle (dry) felting method on a wet felted background. The Hare sits amongst grass with a blue sky in the distance. The whole picture has been mounted onto a block canvas which has been painted to match the felting so as to continue the colours. 

Materials-

Merino wool. Free motion machine stitching used to create finer details on the eyes, nose and whiskers.
