Sunflowers

Description-

This piece has been created using wet and needle felting process to create a vase with sunflowers on a table. The Background of Teal merino wool was wet felted as well as the yellow foreground. The sunflowers and vase were laid on top and also wet felted. Once dried free motion machine stitching was added to create further details to the flowers. The table has pieces of sari silk laid and then needle felted into the wool to add a different texture to the piece. Presented in an antique effect gold frame.
